  BRIEF NARRATIVE: On March 17th, 2018, the Aggressive Criminal Enforcement

  Team assisted with a DWI Checking Station on US HWY 70 E. During the checking

  station contact was made with a driver, Joslyn Moore, and passenger Christopher

  Williams. After an officer viewed an open container in the vehicle, the driver was

  asked to step out. The passenger, Christopher Williams fled the vehicle on foot but

  was quickly apprehended. Found in Williams possession was a firearm, cocaine,

  marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. A search of the vehicle revealed more cocaine

  and Marijuana suspected to belong to the driver Joslyn Moore. Williams was

  charged and was left in the custody of the Wayne County Jail under a $2,564,000. 00

  secured bond. Moore was received a $2500.00 unsecured bond and was released.
