In-law turned Outlaw

Do I file this one under domestic dispute or more local black on black violence?
A Jacksonville man has been charged with the first-degree murder in death of his brother-in-law in Fayetteville.
Don Isiah Holmes Jr., 26, went to the home of 33-year-old Joseph Jerome Smith because Smith was arguing with his wife who is Holmes sister.
Smith was shot in his home and died soon after at a nearby hospital.
Holmes surrendered to cops in Pender County late Sunday and was returned to Fayetteville to await trial.
