Beaufort Couple Busted For Giving Beer to Drunk Driving Teen

The party came to an abrupt end for a Beaufort County couple accused of giving alcohol to a teenager who crashed his car.

Andy and Crystal Woolard were having a house warming party Spainville Drive in Washington. They allegedly gave malt beverages to 19-year-old Joseph Wayne Voliva, who was later charged with underage possession and consumption.

Voliva left the party at 4 a.m. and crashed his car on Mill Hope Road. He sustained minor injuries, was taken to a hospital and later released, according to the N.C. State Highway Patrol.

Another guest at the party, 22-year-old Jodie Alonza Rouse left about an hour after Voliva. Her car crossed the center line and flipped into a ditch about three miles from Voliva’s crash site. She was charged with driving under the influence.

State authorities said there’s no good time or place to give alcohol to minors or drive drunk.

They’re due in court in August.

Other than this mishap, Crystal appears squeaky clean, but I found Andy’s mugshot from 2013 when he stole a tractor in Chocowinity that was recovered from a local scrap metal recycling company.

So Andy is 29 with a criminal record and Crystal is 21 and hot. I’ll never understand American women.
